The Communications and Information Technology Minister of India, Ravi Shankar Prasad, announced full WiFi zone in Bihar within a year.
In the first stage, the holy and tourist places will be covered under this plan and soon all the cities will be connected. The main cities, Patna, Bhagalpur, Gaya & Muzaffarpur will be connected with 4G service. All the village areas will be connected with WiFi and Internet facilites provided with the help of CSC(Common Service Centre).
Union Minister even tweeted this news along with #DigitalIndia, supporting honorable Narendra Modi's campaign of Digital India.
